Funds raised will be designated to South Shore University Hospital’s Heart and Lung program, home to the Entenmann Family Cardiac Center. We’ve put our hearts into building an award-winning cardiac and lung program, making us America’s 50 Best in Cardiac Surgery. This interdisciplinary subdivision within our hospital is comprised of Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery. The cardiac center was established with the support of the Entennman family; with their help, a new catheterization lab was opened with 2 states of the art procedure rooms along with a 17-bed recovery area.
